Lower Burdekin Landcare Nursery

A community landcare nursery on International Drive at Ayr, propagating native and local species drawn from the Burdekin's own country. It doubles as a meeting and learning place for volunteers and members, who take home a native plant each year, and opens its gates to the public three mornings a week. Open Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, eight to noon.
