Bowral

A design-led furniture and homewares store across two Southern Highlands shopfronts, in Moss Vale and Bowral. Its Workshop Originals line is furniture made in-house from Australian hardwood, sold alongside homewares chosen from other makers: ceramics, Japanese kitchenware, Danish linen, glassware and knives. Founded on decades in the design trade, and built around pieces made by hand.

A Bong Bong Street fixture since 1992, at the centre of book-buying in the Southern Highlands. The booksellers hand-sell across a broad general range and chase down hard-to-find titles to order. It's the official bookseller for the Southern Highlands Writers' Festival, and runs the Centennial Supper Club, pairing author talks with dinner at Centennial Vineyards in Bowral.
